The reconstruction of the Multicultural Centre in Kochani has entered the second stage, with the new appearance of the building coming in sight.
The waterproofing and thermal facade of the northern part of the building have been completed, currently, the construction activities are focused on the west side of the building. On the ground floor, internal insulation is installed in the hall, and the balcony has been completed. The construction works on the attic are completed, and is now followed by the painting works on the walls.
The building received a completely new water supply, sewerage and electrical installation, new PVC carpentry, floors, lighting and new toilets. According to the project, security and video equipment, fire and lightning installation will be installed in the building in the next construction phase.
The renovated building, with a hall with capacity of one hundred seats, will again be enabled for cultural events. This will be the center of creators and creatives with an exhibition section for artistic and cultural and historical significance. Following the example of European experiences, this center will create an opportunity for the development of the entrepreneurial spirit, through models and forms for transferring knowledge for development and support of business ideas from their infancy.
