Gotse Delchev Park is located on 56 acres in the central part of the city.
The park has an artificial lake, a fountain and a pavilion for recreation of walkers. For children there is a special and equipped place for outdoor fitness, as well as 4 playgrounds with over 25 facilities for different age groups. There is also a restaurant, fountains, a public toilet and a wireless internet area with free access on the territory of the park. There is a separate bike lane for cyclists. In the city park can be seen ornamental tree species such as Japanese magnolia, Japanese cherry, red horse chestnut, ginkgo biloba, Chinese bubble, Atlas and Himalayan cedar.
The park is a favourite place for residents, tourists and guests. Throughout the year, the park hosts more and more cultural events – concerts, plein airs, competitions, contests organized by various organizations.
