Today in the Multicultural Center in Kočani, an info day for the First Call was held for project concepts application, which is implemented by the Territorial Strategy within the INTERREG IPA Program for cross-border cooperation between the Republic of North Macedonia and the Republic of Bulgaria. The purpose of today’s event was to mark the official start of the new program period in which cross-border development projects will be funded until 2027. This event helped all interested applicants to learn more details about the published call for applications with project concepts and to get answers to their questions. The Municipality of Kočani was previously the beneficiary of two previous projects that were also implemented with cross-border cooperation with the Republic of Bulgaria, i.e. the project “Green buildings for a common green future”, a project with which the Municipality of Kočani increased the energy efficiency of the administrative building and the project ” Our common past – a path for a common future”, a project that reconstructed the hall of the Multicultural Center in Kočani.
